About the Singapore Grand Prix

Singapore held the first night race in Formula 1 when its Grand Prix joined the calendar in 2008. TicPro sells official Singapore Grand Prix tickets for the race at Marina Bay Street Circuit.

The track is tight, with many corners and few overtaking opportunities, so precise driving and race strategy matter. High humidity and heat make the race physically demanding for the drivers.

The race has seen safety car periods and strategic battles. Sebastian Vettel, Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso are among the drivers with important results at Marina Bay.

Marina Bay Street Circuit

The circuit winds through the Marina Bay area in central Singapore. It opened in 2008 for night racing. The lap is 4.940 km.

With tight sections and little run-off, it is one of the more technical circuits on the calendar, and average speeds are lower than on permanent circuits.
