Arsenal vs Real Madrid in the Champions League

Here you find official Arsenal vs Real Madrid tickets for the Champions League match. Arsenal play the match at home, at Emirates Stadium in Holloway, North London, in the league phase of the competition.

The two clubs have met in the knockout rounds of the Champions League before. In the last 16 in 2006, Thierry Henry scored the only goal at the Santiago Bernabéu, and a 0–0 draw at Highbury took Arsenal through. In the 2025 quarter-final, Arsenal won 3–0 at Emirates Stadium, with two goals from Declan Rice, and then won 2–1 in Madrid.

Real Madrid were founded in 1902 and have won 15 European Cups, more than any other club. The foundation of that record was laid in the 1950s, when they won the first five European Cups.

Arsenal have played at Emirates Stadium since 2006, when the club left Highbury after more than 90 years.

In the league phase, each club plays eight different opponents, four at home and four away. Arsenal and Real Madrid therefore meet only once in the league phase, at Emirates Stadium.
