RB Leipzig come from Germany and play their home matches at the Red Bull Arena. The two clubs met in the group stage of the 2020/21 Champions League. At Old Trafford on 28 October 2020, Manchester United won 5–0, and Marcus Rashford scored a hat-trick. RB Leipzig won the return match in Leipzig 3–2 and went through to the knockout phase.
