Paris Saint-Germain won the Champions League in 2025 and again in 2026. Parc des Princes opened in 1897 and was rebuilt in 1972, and its steep stands hold around 48,000 spectators close to the pitch.

Roma was founded in 1927 and plays its home matches at Stadio Olimpico in Rome. The club has won Serie A three times, and in 2022 it won the first edition of the Conference League.
