We believe the experience begins the moment you buy your ticket. The anticipation, the planning and the feeling of knowing exactly where you'll be sitting are all part of the journey. That's why buying a ticket should be as clear and inspiring as the event itself.
Too often, it's the opposite. Anyone wanting to see a big football match, a Formula 1 race or a concert is faced with vague section names, hard-to-read stadium maps and prices that keep climbing at checkout. On top of that, the secondary market makes it hard to know where a ticket actually comes from. In more than 20 years in the industry, we've heard the same questions from customers again and again: Where are we sitting? What will our view of the pitch or stage be like? Is the ticket genuine? What's actually included?
TicPro is our answer to those questions. You can look around from your seat in 360° while you book, and every ticket is official, coming directly from the organiser or their authorised partners. Our story
20 years in the industry, three companies before TicPro
TicPro is run by a team with over 20 years of experience in international sports travel and ticketing. The owners include the people who founded LA Travel and ran it for two decades. During the same period the group also acquired and operated Steve Perryman Sport Travel and Event Travel.
Together, the three companies established a leading position in the Nordic market for sports tickets and sports travel, working with partners including Adidas, Swedbank and the Swedish and Danish football associations.
Across all those years the same problem kept coming back: customers did not get enough detail to understand what they were buying. They were expected to book without a clear picture of exactly where they would sit or what was included. That is why we built TicPro.

TicPro is a member of ISTAA, the International Sports Travel Agencies Association. Founded in 2009 and based in Lausanne, Switzerland, ISTAA is a non-profit, worldwide association for companies specialising in sports travel and hospitality. Its members, based in more than 50 countries, help thousands of fans travel to events every year. Membership isn't automatic. Applicants are reviewed by the association's board and must show a proven record of expertise, financial stability and a solid reputation, as well as a recommendation from an existing member.
