Terms and conditions TicPro
TicPro AB, reg.no 559495-6772, sells tickets directly from organizers or its authorised resellers and distributors for various matches and events.
1. The event
1.1 TicPro can upgrade the customer’s tickets, to a better section, without being liable to pay compensation to the customer.
1.2 If the date and/or time of an event is changed, the customer will keep their ticket. The ticket is valid on a new date and/or time. Note that for Europe’s football leagues, there are match changes within the weekend/weekday that the match is to be played. This is done because of TV broadcasts, cups, etc. For weekends, the match can be played Friday-Monday and for weekdays Tuesday-Thursday. There are also certain match dates that are decided for cup matches, which means that matches can be moved to dates that are not within the scheduled match week. The link below gives the customer an example of when the Premier League confirms match changes for the 2025/2026 season:
1.3 The customer is responsible for checking that the event has not been cancelled, rescheduled or moved to another location. TicPro has no influence on the implementation of the event and does not compensate for damage resulting from the cancellation or modification of an event. In the event of a cancelled event, the customer has the right to redeem purchased tickets at TicPro upon receipt of a gift card corresponding to the entire amount paid, however, minus the paid booking fee. Where required by applicable law or card network rules, refunds may be made to the original payment method.
1.4 If delivered tickets are incorrect in relation to what we have confirmed in the booking, this must be pointed out immediately before the start of the event by email to info@TicPro.com, so that TicPro has an opportunity to try to correct the errors. If TicPro is unable to rectify the error, the customer must complain about the defect to TicPro in writing and with a copy or the original event ticket no later than 14 days after the event date. If no such notices are sent, TicPro is not liable.
1.5 TicPro is not responsible for events that are interrupted or affected due to events beyond TicPro’s control such as strikes, natural disasters, weather, hooliganism, terrorism, war, pandemic, epidemic, cancellation of flights or connections, or other similar circumstances before or during the event and cannot be held liable for costs or damages as a result.
1.6 TicPro shall not under any circumstances be held responsible for the Customer’s costs for transport, accommodation or other activities booked by the Customer through other suppliers.
1.7 TicPro is not responsible for the customer’s behaviour and clothing before, during and after the event and cannot be held liable in any way if any participant in the booking is rejected from the booked event by the event organiser.
2. Ordering and Purchase
2.1 All purchases made via www.TicPro.com are handled by TicPro. TicPro acts as the contracting party towards the end customer and as Merchant of Record for all purchases. TicPro is responsible for the customer relationship, order handling and payment processing.
2.2 TicPro is not responsible for disruption, delay, interruption or other technical circumstances that make it impossible or difficult for the customer to use the service/site.
2.3 The customer is responsible for the use of his/her username and password. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and up-to-date information about the delivery address, e-mail address and mobile phone number in connection with the purchase and to check that updates on any changed conditions have been registered well in advance of delivery.
2.4 TicPro has the right to cancel orders placed by the customer if the customer does not provide correct or complete information about him/her-self.
2.5 Customers who order tickets for several persons assume full responsibility for payment for all such persons and undertake to inform other persons of TicPro’s terms and conditions.
2.6 TicPro sells tickets directly from organizers or its authorised resellers and distributers, and is not responsible for the presentation, execution, quality or content of the event. However, TicPro remains responsible towards the customer for the purchase and customer service related to the transaction.
2.7 The purchase is completed when either full payment has been made, or when a credit or partial payment application has been granted. For card purchases and purchases with bank transfer, the money is deducted directly from the account. TicPro completes the dispatch of your order at the time of ordering.
2.8 TicPro warrants that if the booking is for an even number of tickets, no ticket will be seated alone. I.e. when booking 6 tickets, the tickets will be distributed 2+2+2 or more together within the warranted sections confirmed at the time of booking. In case of odd number of tickets, the split can be 2+1 or all 3 together. In most cases for bookings with a fewer number of tickets, even odd ticket numbers are delivered together.
2.9 Ticket prices may vary according to demand and may be both higher and lower after the time of purchase. In some cases, there is a Face Value price (price stated on the ticket) and it is not the price TicPro pays for the ticket.
3. Customer’s responsibilities
3.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to check in connection with the purchase that the desired event, date, seat type and number of tickets are ordered, and to check upon delivery that the event, date, seat type and number of tickets correspond to the order.
3.2 The customer is responsible for immediately notifying TicPro of any changes in the contact details for the booking and ticket holders. Please note that for some tickets, it is not possible to change ticket holders after booking.
3.3 The customer is responsible for contacting TicPro if complete documents are not received 48 hours before the start of the event.
4. Delivery of voucher and tickets
4.1 When the purchase is completed and paid, the customer will first receive a voucher. The voucher is a valuable document that serves as a voucher until the ticket is delivered. Your ticket will be delivered according to the organizers or its authorized resellers and distributors schedule, which is normally closer to the event date. Sometimes weeks before, sometimes just a few days before.
4.2 The tickets are in most cases electronic tickets (e-tickets) and in rare cases stadium collection.
The most common electronic ticket types are:
PDF ticket: A PDF showing the ticket. It can be viewed on your mobile phone or printed if desired.
Mobile Ticket: A digital ticket that is displayed directly on your mobile’s wallet.
App Ticket: A digital ticket that is displayed via the organizer’s app. Requires the customer to download the organizer’s app.
There may be changes in how the ticket is delivered, closer to the event date.
The ticket may not be resold, as this may be against the rules of the organizer and may result in legal sanctions.
5. Official guarantee and ticket voucher
5.1 When a customer purchases a ticket via TicPro, an official guarantee and ticket voucher are included. The official guarantee is a proof that TicPro has made a booking directly from the organizer or its authorized resellers and distributors. The ticket voucher is a confirmation that TicPro has made a fully committable booking and received a booking number from the organizer or its authorized resellers and distributors, which connects the payment that TicPro received, together with TicPro’s fully committable booking with the organizer or its authorized resellers and distributors.
6. Cancellation
6.1 The Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (2005:59), also known as the Distance Contracts Act, or any other similar legislation, does not apply with reference to Chapter 2, Section 11 (cultural events, sports events or similar services).
6.2 An order for tickets is binding and cannot be cancelled/refundable.
7. Writing and publishing errors
7.1 TicPro reserves the right for printing and publishing errors in quotes, confirmations, invoices, travel documents, its own websites, catalogues, advertisements, and marketing material.
8. Intellectual property rights
8.1 The Intellectual Property Rights related to the website and the services, including all images, drawings, (technical) descriptions and advice that TicPro provides to the customer, exclusively belong to TicPro.
8.2 The customer shall not perform any acts that could infringe on the intellectual property rights of TicPro and/or its licensors, including, but not limited to, making all or part of the content referred to in the previous paragraph public without TicPro’s written consent.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 TicPro will process the customer’s personal data in accordance with applicable law (GDPR). Terms for such processing can be found on TicPro’s website.
9.2 These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any and all disputes under or relating to these terms and conditions and TicPro’s sale of tickets to the customer shall be settled by public courts in Sweden.
