Question 6

Why don't I get the ticket right away?

It is common for organisers not to issue the final ticket immediately upon purchase. Organisers do this to reduce the risk of fraud, prevent unauthorised second-hand sales and make sure the ticket information is correct. It is standard practice at large events.

Question 7

When will my ticket be delivered?

Your final ticket will be delivered according to the event organiser's or the organiser's designated partner's timetable. Many issue the final ticket closer to the event date. Sometimes weeks before, sometimes just a few days before.

If the event is moved to a new date, whether later the same weekend or another day in the future, your ticket is valid for the new date. If the event is cancelled and not moved to a new date, your ticket is refunded.

Question 10

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Once your booking is complete, your ticket is secured. We recommend that you carefully check the date, the number of tickets and the ticket category before completing your purchase. Ticket purchases at TicPro are binding, so you cannot cancel a booking or get a refund because you have changed your mind. If the event itself is cancelled and not moved to a new date, your ticket is refunded.

Question 11

Who is responsible for the event?
