Official Guarantee & Voucher

The Official Guarantee confirms that your tickets have been booked through the event organiser or its authorised resellers and distributors. TicPro only sells tickets from official sales channels approved by the organiser. This means that:

• your tickets come from the event organiser or its authorised resellers

• your booking has been completed through an approved sales channel

• your order is handled in accordance with TicPro's purchasing and verification procedures

The guarantee applies solely to the official source of the tickets.

The Ticket Voucher confirms that:

• you have paid the full amount to TicPro

• TicPro has secured the corresponding booking

• TicPro has paid for the booking or entered into a binding agreement for it

• your tickets are confirmed

The voucher links your payment directly to an official booking.

Each document includes:

• the amount you paid

• payment date

• transaction reference

Official booking reference from the organiser or its authorised resellers.

For many events, tickets are only released shortly before the event. This is completely normal and does not mean there is anything wrong with your order.

Delivery times are determined by the organiser or its authorised resellers and distributors.

The Official Guarantee applies solely to the official source of the tickets. The staging of the event, seating allocation, ticket usage rules and delivery times are governed by the organiser's own terms and conditions. This document confirms the status of the booking and tickets at the time of issue and does not supersede the organiser's terms and conditions.

TicPro gives you written confirmation that:

• your tickets come from official sales channels

• your booking is secured

• your payment is complete

• your tickets are allocated specifically to you

Every order comes with an Official Guarantee and a Ticket Voucher, issued by TicPro AB.
