1. Who we are

TicPro AB is an Official Event Ticket Provider. We sell official tickets to football, Formula 1, tennis, MotoGP, NFL, rugby and concert events through TicPro.com. We sell tickets only — not flights, accommodation or travel packages.

TicPro AB is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

TicPro AB, company registration number 559495-6772
Baltzargatan 18, floor 2, 211 36 Malmö, Sweden
info@ticpro.com

Our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or over to buy tickets from TicPro.

2. What we collect, and where it comes from
  • Contact and identification — name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address.

  • Order information — event, ticket type, quantity, seating, delivery method and order number.

  • Payment information — payment status, transaction reference and billing details. Card details are handled directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.

  • Customer service information — what you tell us when you contact us or request a callback.

  • Technical information — IP address, browser, device, operating system and how you use the site.

  • Marketing preferences — your choices and how you interact with our emails.

We collect this directly from you, automatically as you use TicPro.com, and from our payment providers, ticket suppliers, event organisers and venues where that is needed to fulfil your order.

Your name, contact details and payment information are required to complete a purchase. Without them we cannot process your order or deliver your tickets. Everything else is optional.

4. Orders, fulfilment and payments

To issue and deliver your ticket we share what is necessary with the ticket supplier, distributor, event organiser or venue involved — usually your name, email address, telephone number and order details. Some of these organisations act as independent controllers and their own privacy policies also apply to what they do with your data.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, currently Svea and MultiSafepay. Depending on the payment method you choose, these providers may collect your payment details directly and may process your personal data as independent controllers — for example when carrying out a credit assessment for invoice or instalment payment, or to meet their own legal obligations. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.

TicPro does not operate as an open marketplace for private sellers.

5. Customer service and callbacks

When you contact us or request a callback we process your name, telephone number, email address, order details and the content of your message, so that we can answer you, manage your order and keep a record of the interaction. Where we use an external telephony or support provider, they process this information on our behalf.

6. Marketing

Where the law allows, we may send you information about events, tickets and offers. Where consent is required we will ask for it first. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not stop service messages about an order you have already placed.

7. Your right to object to marketing

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including any profiling connected to it. If you object, we will stop using your data for marketing. To do so, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or write to info@ticpro.com.

8. Cookies, analytics and advertising

TicPro.com uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics and, where you have consented, advertising. Full details of every cookie we set are in our Cookie Policy, where you can also change or withdraw your consent at any time.

Subject to your consent, we work with third-party advertising and analytics providers — currently Google and Meta. These providers use cookies and similar identifiers to measure our campaigns and to show you TicPro advertising on other websites and apps, including remarketing to people who have previously visited TicPro.com.

We may also share a securely hashed version of your email address with advertising platforms such as Google and Meta so that they can match it against their own users and show you, or people with similar interests, our advertising. We do this only where we have the necessary consent, and the platforms are not permitted to use this data for their own purposes.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center, Your Online Choices, or by changing your preferences in our cookie settings.

9. Who we share personal data with
  • Authorised ticket suppliers, distributors, event organisers and venues.

  • Payment service providers.

  • IT, hosting, cloud and software providers.

  • Customer service and telephony providers.

  • Analytics and advertising providers, where you have consented.

  • Professional advisers, auditors and insurers where necessary.

  • Authorities, courts and law enforcement where required by law.

  • A buyer or investor in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to confidentiality.

Providers acting on our behalf may only process your data on our instructions and under a written agreement.

10. International transfers

Some of our providers process personal data outside the European Economic Area, principally in the United States. This applies in particular to our analytics and advertising providers.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission — including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it — or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate additional safeguards. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

11. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate and supplier controls. No online service can be completely secure, so please also take reasonable care with your own account and communications.

12. Your rights, and how to use them

Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you have the right to request access to your personal data and a copy of it; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have data erased; to have processing restricted; to receive your data in a portable format; to object to certain processing, including direct marketing; and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise any of these rights, contact info@ticpro.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within the time limits set by law, normally free of charge.

If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on TicPro.com and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Where the law requires it, we will tell you about material changes.
