Question 1

Is the 360° view from my exact seat?

Accepted Answer

Not exactly. The view is shown from your section, roughly from the middle row and at seated eye level, so it can differ slightly depending on the row and seat you get. The view is a 3D model of the venue, not a photo, but the sightline, the distance to the pitch and whether the section is under the roof closely match reality.

Question 2

Is the 360° view a photograph?

Accepted Answer

No. Each view is a 3D model built from the venue's actual dimensions and the height and rake of the stands. You see the angle, the distance to the pitch and anything that can block your view, such as a pillar or a railing.

Question 3

How do I open the 360° view for my event?

Accepted Answer

Go to the event and choose a ticket category. If the venue has a 360° view, it opens from a section in the category you chose. You can also pick a venue further up this page and look around before you choose an event.

Question 4

Do I get the section I looked at?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the ticket category covers a single section. Some categories cover several sections, and then we show the view from some of them. The section or sections that apply are shown in your booking before you pay. All tickets come from the event organiser or an authorised partner.
