The Santiago Bernabéu in 3DLook at the pitch from your tier before you book

The Bernabéu is a tall, steep bowl, and the same category can feel very different depending on where it sits in the ring. Open the 3D view and check the angle from the block you are considering.

Where to sit at the Santiago Bernabéu

Seating runs in rings around the pitch, from ground level up to the top tier. Start with the height you want, then choose the side.

Balanced viewLateral Este and Lateral Oeste

The two sideline rings, level with the halfway line, with the most even view of both goals.

Behind the goalsFondo Norte and Fondo Sur

The two goal ends, where the noise concentrates and attacking play comes straight at you.

Closest to the pitchLower tier

Ground-level seating, the closest you get to the play, with the flattest angle across the pitch.

Lounge includedPremium and hospitality

Central categories with lounge and catering access, with the inclusions set out on each listing.

infoAway supporters are allocated designated sections according to competition regulations. Premium and VIP areas carry their own access rules, set out on the listing.
Inside the Santiago BernabéuWatch the stadium before you pick a seat

The Bernabéu came out of a rebuild finished in 2024 as a very different building: a roof that closes over the bowl, a pitch that can be moved below ground level and a screen ring running the full circle of the stands. The film gives you the scale of it before you choose where to sit.

Covered seating

The roof closes over the stands, so a matchday depends far less on the weather than it used to.

Fixtures that sell out first
High demandReal Madrid vs FC Barcelona

El Clásico. The most watched club fixture in world football, and the hardest ticket of the season.

High demandReal Madrid vs Atlético Madrid

The Madrid derby, played with an edge the league table never quite explains.

Limited allocationChampions League knockout matches

European knockout nights at the Bernabéu sell out earliest, and no club has played more of them.

About Real Madrid

Real Madrid Club de Fútbol was founded in 1902 and has spent its entire history in the top tier of Spanish football. In 2004 FIFA named it the greatest club of the twentieth century.

The club has won 36 La Liga titles and 20 Copa del Rey trophies, and 15 European Cups — more than any other club, by a distance.

The foundation of that record was laid in the 1950s, when Real Madrid won the first five European Cups in a row between 1956 and 1960. Alfredo Di Stéfano, signed in 1953, was the player that team was built around.

The Santiago Bernabéu has been the home ground since 1947 and carries the name of the club president who built it. A rebuild finished in 2024 turned it into one of the most technically ambitious stadiums in Europe: a retractable roof, a pitch that can be lowered below ground level, and a screen ring running the full circle of the stands.

Capacity is 83,186. The ground sits on the Paseo de la Castellana in Chamartín with its own metro station, and it hosts concerts and other events alongside the football.
